Hub on the Road
We’re bringing the Palacios Community Hub to you! Through our Hub on the Road program, our team visits Vanderbilt, Port Lavaca, and Tivoli, TX to connect individuals and families with the resources they need to succeed.
Our mission has always been to improve quality of life by encouraging self-sufficiency through literacy, child and family support, workforce preparation, adult education, and health services. Hub on the Road makes that mission mobile—so we can meet people right where they are.
At each stop, we provide:
Job assistance
resumes, applications, and career guidance
Educational resources
ESL, literacy, and GED support
Family support
programs and services for parents and children
Health services
access to wellness information and referrals
We’re proud to partner with the Austwell-Tivoli community and extend the heart of the Hub beyond our walls. Because opportunity shouldn’t be limited by distance—it should be mobile, accessible, and open to everyone.
